Job Overview
We are actively seeking a qualified Instrumentation Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Preparation:
Review RFQs and technical specifications to create detailed proposals that meet client needs. - Product Demonstration:
Showcase how our instrumentation products align with client requirements, providing effective solutions. - Negotiations and Order Finalization:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions, and finalize contracts with clients. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities. - Sales Support:
Offer technical assistance during client meetings, both virtual and in-person. - Travel:
Travel across Bahrain and potentially within GCC countries to maintain and grow business relationships. - Sales Reporting:
Track sales activities, follow up on orders, and report on sales progress and target achievements. - Supplier Communication:
Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery by maintaining communication with suppliers. - Team Leadership:
Guide and motivate the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and contribute to overall business success. - Payment and Shipping Coordination:
Oversee payment collections and coordinate timely delivery of products to clients. - Market Analysis:
Research competitors’ products and pricing to position offerings effectively. - Exhibition Participation:
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Age: Between 30-35 years old.
- Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in instrumentation or engineering industries.
- Education: A technical background, preferably in engineering or a related field.
- Skills:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel across GCC countries.
- Personality: Friendly, professional, with a positive attitude.
- Other Requirements: Non-smokers preferred. Candidates must reside in Bahrain and have a valid transferrable visa. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
