Core Responsibilities

• Inventory Monitoring:
  • Manage real-time inventory updates using Odoo software.
  • Regularly conduct checks to ensure the system reflects the physical stock accurately.
  • Track all movements of inventory in and out of the warehouse.
• Stock Management:
  • Monitor stock levels, identifying slow-moving items and recommending effective strategies to reduce excess.
  • Ensure stock is reordered timely based on analysis of usage and demand forecasts.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Generate reports on stock status and movements, highlighting discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Provide regular updates on stock levels, shortages, and supply chain issues to the management team.
• Team Coordination:
  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure inventory is organized and stored for easy access.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely ordering of materials and prevent shortages.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Higher Secondary education is required. Certifications in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain management are a plus.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years in inventory management or similar roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
