A leading Office Furniture & Interior Design Company is hiring an experienced Draftsman and BOQ Builder to become part of our innovative team. If you’re skilled in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and proficient in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), this is your chance to contribute to exciting projects in the interior design field!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs with precise pricing, specifications, and detailed quantities for office furniture and interior designs.
- Use AutoCAD to draft 2D and 3D layouts for:
- Ceiling and flooring plans
- Sections and elevations
- Lighting and electrical systems
- Firefighting and power systems
- Create detailed space plans and furniture installation drawings.
- Ensure all plans are accurate, complete, and meet client specifications.
- Generate assembly and detailed drawings based on project needs.
- Perform calculations to support design accuracy.
- (Bonus) Utilize strong graphic and 3D rendering skills for enhanced project presentations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background as a draftsman with strong AutoCAD (2D & 3D) expertise.
- Skills:
- Ability to prepare accurate and detailed BOQs.
- Knowledge of layout planning for electrical, lighting, firefighting, and similar systems.
- Graphic design and 3D rendering abilities are a plus.
- Residency: Valid Kuwait residency is required.
