- Aspirants must hold First-class (honors) Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees or equivalent (Master grade point average above 3.50 out of 4.0) to be considered for the Doctoral degree program so that you are eligible for the AIT Scholarship.
- English proficiency requirements as determined by AIT Language Center (IELTS-Academic for the students: 6 (writing and overall) or AIT EET * 6.0, TOEFL * 500) so that you are eligible
Documents Required:
- Cover letter.
- Proposal for a project that may lead to commercial products (2 pages maximum).
- An overview of your education, exams, work experience, and research experience (a CV).
- Diplomas and certificates that are certified copies.
- Publications relevant to the research scope and any other work the applicant wishes to be taken into account and which explicitly states the applicant’s contribution is required.
- At least two references with contact information.
